Stop looking for a big carrier to take your car across the country. If you have a car you trust then you can bet your bottom dollar Joe's Driveaway is going to get it where it needs to go. I needed to get my car to Whitehorse, YT from Toronto, ON. Over 5000km of driving. The big companies waffled with some saying they could get it to me in 30 days! Joe did it in 6. Excellent communication, transparency and ease of delivery. When I told Joe I might drive myself he did not try to talk me out of it to get the business instead he gave me a detailed itinerary and advice. Just a team that loves the road and genuinely cares about you and your belongings.

He treated my car and my dog with respect, and showed considerable kindness and compassion toward my dog. He was diligent in ensuring her wellbeing the whole time he was with her. Excellent service. Car was delivered in good condition without any damage to the goods in the car. He delivered the car at a location that was comfortable to me. Joe goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy. He did a car wash and even a free oil change before delivering it. I don't know how he makes any money because his rates were extremely low for the miles he had to drive. I would have spent as much money if I had driven the car myself. On top of all this he sent regular updates.

On the advice of a friend I hired Joe to drive our moving rental truck from Kitchener to Orillia. Joe was our driver and provided exceptional service. The morning of our move we were running late and when Joe showed up we were nowhere near finished loading the truck. Because we only had the truck for one day Joe offered to bring in some help to load. Within twenty minutes we had two extra helpers and were on our way shortly after. Once we arrived in Orillia Joe helped unload the truck.
After all that I was surprised that Joe did not charge me for the extra labour to load and unload the truck. His only concern was getting the truck back before the office closed so I would not be charged an extra day’s rental.

I was worried about transporting my car and many of the services I contacted quoted lower costs and engaged in a lot of hard sell. I realized that most of them if not all of them would not actually delivery my car for the cost they quoted. Through a friend I was lucky to be referred to Joe's drive away, where I paid somewhat more than the fake low-ball offers I had been juggling, but it was a fair price and the service was perfect. I highly recommend Joe's service.
